Property Investment – Nottingham

According to Private Finance statistics Nottingham is one of the top cities to invest in this year with rental yields higher on average than anywhere else in the country with property prices still relatively low. The report puts Nottingham in joint top spot with house prices averaging £138,937 in 2017 with average monthly rents at £929 (Jan 2018) achieving 6.2% average rental returns.

That however is much poorer than what we can offer in the city through our partner developer who has a number of apartments from just £75,000 with rental yield upward of 8% – including a 2 year rental assurance that eliminates any risk of void periods within that time.

The apartments are centrally located in the suburb of Carrington close to the Forest Recreation Ground and just a short journey in to the town centre. These ideally suitable for young professionals, first time buyers and people working in the city offer modern, comfortable clean living space with off road parking included. These are brand new apartments nearing completion and include a free furniture pack along with some huge discounts on local RICS comparable prices.
